billed <\/strong>,<br \/>\nmeaning patients face zero out-of-pocket<br \/>\nexpenses for consultations and treatments.\n\t<strong>OUR STANDARD OPERATING HOURS\n<\/strong><strong>ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM\n<\/strong><strong>8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM<\/strong>\n\tFor after-hours care, we partner with\nThe Hello Home Doctor Service, a trusted\nthird-party medical deputising service, to ensure\nhealthcare whenever needed.\n\t\t\t<a href=\"tel:%20134100\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCALL 134 100 FOR AFTER-HOURS CARE\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<p>We are committed to providing compassionate, consistent, and professional care, helping residents live healthier, more comfortable lives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved access to doctors and specialists through a combination of face to face consultations and telehealth virtual care<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative Care Model with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatrician, carers and allied health professionals supporting the health care needs of residents<\/li>\n<li>Stronger collaboration between clinicians in primary care and the care facility<\/li>\n<li>Allows closer involvement of family members and carers with consultations with facility staff and health care professionals<\/li>\n<li>Increased frequency of monitoring through regular routine consultations avoiding preventable hospitalisations and improving health outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services for residents, particularly those at risk<\/li>\n<li>Addresses several of the Recommendations from the Royal Commission
