We are a dedicated mobile GP and primary care service provider, committed to delivering high quality healthcare to patients residing in residential aged care facilities (RACF) and retirement villages. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for all residents through a patient-centred approach.
We operate under a Collaborative Care Model,
ensuring regular and consistent medical
consultations with our experienced doctors to
improve health outcomes and enhance the quality
of life for residents.
Our services are 100% bulk billed ,
meaning patients face zero out-of-pocket
expenses for consultations and treatments.
OUR STANDARD OPERATING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM
For after-hours care, we partner with The Hello Home Doctor Service, a trusted third-party medical deputising service, to ensure healthcare whenever needed.
We are committed to providing compassionate, consistent, and professional care, helping residents live healthier, more comfortable lives.
